StoneEagle's SEcureTransmit Eliminates Manual Data Entry for Service Group

DALLAS -- Service Group, a provider of F&I products, services and technologies to over 750 auto dealers has successfully transitioned from manual entry processes and has been utilizing SEcureTransmit provided by StoneEagle for more than nine months. Service Group is also one of the largest writers of credit insurance in Texas and New Mexico.


SEcureTransmit eliminates the manual entry of data at the dealer and administrator levels, reduces fulfillment time and errors associated with rating products and data entry. The software maximizes product sales and drives profitability for dealers, agents and aftermarket product providers by actually reducing the costs for processing new business.

“After several months of successful use of the solution in our production environment, we have been able to significantly increase our productivity, easily overcome the month-end crunch and even decrease our new-business entry costs by reallocating resources,” said Bob Newton, vice president of information technology at Service Group.


According to Cindy Allen, StoneEagle vice president, “While our SEcureRate solution has been available and utilized in the industry for over five years, the addition of the SEcureTransmit application last year has been what administrators needed to complete the vision of electronic rating and delivery of business.”
