Dirk Grammel, Westlake’s Southern regional auction representative, said that Rawl’s Auto Auction made it to the top of the list with its focus on old-fashioned customer service. “They also stand out for their effective marketing ideas,” Grammel said. “Westlake enjoys exemplary vehicle processing, sales preparation, and consistent sales results.”
Central Region: Kansas City Independent (Missouri)
Grammel also covers the Missouri market and noted that Kansas City Independent “exceeded our expectations for sale preparation, operations, and marketing and sales results.” Additionally, he said the local auction team “has a unique personal approach to handling buyers and sellers.”
Western Region: Brasher’s Sacramento (California)
Brasher’s Sacramento Auction drew praise from Jeff Huang, Pacific regional auction representative. “Brasher’s is all about providing a consistent level of service and being able to anticipate our needs,” Huang said. “They understand Westlake’s collateral and what is needed to optimize our recovery.”
