MINNEAPOLIS — Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced that EverLogic, a provider of dealer management software (DMS), will integrate the company’s AppOne platform with its DMS system. The integration will help dealerships of all types and sizes manage the sales and F&I process more efficiently.

AppOne helps to automate the indirect lending, credit approval and compliance processes for dealerships and lenders. EverLogic’s Sales and F&I module helps dealers seamlessly manage and monitor every step of the sales process.

Through a new interface, dealers can pull all of the needed financial data already entered into their DMS to populate credit applications sent to finance sources for approval through the AppOne system. Once submitted, dealers can also access and print Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ state-specific Bankers Systems loan documents, including retail installment sales contracts and required ancillary forms, from within AppOne.

“This relationship will allow our dealers to save time and simplify the credit application and contract creation process,” said Michael Goodwin, EverLogic product manager. “At the same time, we can help them connect with lending sources that are using AppOne.”

“Integration with Everlogic’s dealer management software means more dealerships will have access to AppOne, and more lenders can gain peace of mind knowing that the challenges surrounding documenting transactions are being addressed before each loan application crosses their desk,” said Brad Fleener, senior director and general manager of Indirect Lending at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “We are excited to work with EverLogic and further our commitment to the various markets they serve.”

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Indirect Lending business monitors pending and enacted legislation that impacts the auto, marine and RV finance and dealer markets. The company’s compliance documentation, software and services help both lenders and dealers mitigate risk and ensure new laws and regulations are embedded within their business operations. Prominent brands include AppOne, Bankers Systems and CompliSource.
