Mike Deaderick, senior vice president for TFS, and Dave Pelliccioni, vice president for sales,

Joining in the festivities were Joe Ehlert, general sales manager for Toyota of Orange, and Shirley Cramer, TFS branch manager for Irvine, Calif.

"I was so shocked!" said Dana Grogger. "I thought it was a practical joke when I received the call from Toyota Financial Services." TFS assured them that it was real, and faxed them a letter confirming the award. "This is so exciting for us!" Jack Grogger said.
