Cowboy Corp announced July 31 that its client Toyota Mall of Georgia ranked No. 2 for Internet sales for the month of April among 168 Toyota dealerships in the Southeast United States. Toyota Mall of Georgia uses Prospector, Cowboy Corp’s flagship CRM system.

“We have always had an issue trying to close and control the follow-up loop with our Internet leads," said Gem Bertone, director of fleet and online sales at Toyota Mall of Georgia. "We were finding that many leads would fall through the cracks due to inefficiencies with our old follow-up processes. It was love at first sight when we had our first Prospector demonstration. We immediately realized all the potential of this system and how it would immediately solve our follow-up issue. The automated email follow-up function combined with the daily agenda ensured that no leads were left untouched. We set-up the automated follow-up feature to continuously stay on top of our potential customers.”

Toyota Mall of Georgia has been Cowboy’s client for just over six months. They also employ Cowboy’s Web development services to engineer an extensive online presence.

“We’re always proud to see one of our clients excel," said Lynn Kauffman, president and COO of Cowboy Corp. "This is one more example of how we stay true to our core belief of being a business partner for our clients – their success is our success. We worked very closely with Mr. Bertone and his staff to ensure they achieved maximum results using Prospector.”
