"Most companies today have developed a strategic account program to support the business requirements of their most strategic customers," said Lisa Napolitano, SAMA's president and CEO. "The difference in the quality of these programs varies based upon a firm's ability to fulfill its customers' expectations. Reynolds and Reynolds is relentless in its drive to produce significant bottom-line results for its customers."

Judges for the award represented the Harvard Business School, Eli Lilly and Company, Xerox Corporation, SAP AG, Sales and Marketing Management Magazine, Schneider Electric/Square D and SAMA.

Rick Boyer, vice president of the Reynolds Enterprise Solutions Group, said that the award represents the cumulative efforts of many Reynolds associates in working with Southeast Toyota Distributors.

"It is a privilege to receive this award and an ongoing privilege to work with Southeast Toyota Distributors, whose forward-thinking approach to business strategy and planning helped make our joint success possible," he said. "Southeast Toyota's phenomenal success in sales per outlet, profit per dealer, dealer satisfaction and customer satisfaction speaks to its savvy and leadership. It's the outstanding work of our Southeast Toyota account team, and their passion for partnering with our customer, that has resulted in Reynolds achieving this prestigious award," Boyer said.
