United Car Care (www.unitedcarcare.com) has announced the formation of a vehicle service contract program designed especially for Wyoming automobile dealers. United Car Care says it was chosen by the Wyoming Automobile Dealer's Association to administer their program, which is known as Wyoming First.

Based in Denver, Colo., United Car Care (UCC) has been designing and administrating service contract programs since 1984. UCC offers everything from basic insurance to comprehensive programs, including service contract design and claims administration, underwriting, F & I support, dealer-directed investment of reserves and prepaid maintenance programs.

"It's a great opportunity for United Car Care to provide quick, proactive service contract administration to Wyoming dealerships, helping them improve customer satisfaction and retention," says Dan McNellis, president and CEO of United Car Care. "Our agreement with the state of Wyoming is significant and will help us meet our growth objectives."

McNellis adds, "We offer outstanding value and service to dealerships in Wyoming and across the nation because our service contracts are up to 40 percent less expensive than manufacturers' warranties, and calls to our claims center are answered in an average of 14 seconds."

The first Wyoming dealership to sign up for the program is White's Mountain Motors of Casper. Trace Swisher, dealer principle for White's, says he's pleased to offer the Wyoming First product to the dealership's customers. "I'm certainly impressed with United Car Care and the customer service they provide."

Lora Huston, executive vice president of the Wyoming Automobile Dealers Association, says United Car Care comes highly recommended.

"We researched a lot of companies and United Car Care withstood the test of reputation and service," according to Huston. "By administering the Wyoming First Program, United Car Care will give our members the opportunity to participate in back-end profits they've not been able to participate in before."

Financial Industry Technical Services, Inc. (FITS) will be providing account management for the Wyoming First program and its dealers and will be instrumental in assisting each dealership with selecting the programs that best match their needs.
