GO BIG! Moves Company Headquarters to Orlando

GO BIG! Software has announced plans to move its company headquarters to Florida’s “Silicon Valley”, located in Lake Mary, just north of the city of Orlando. The company said it has secured 6,000 square feet of office space and will be combining operations with a brand new training center at the location. January 1, 2004 is the target date to be fully operational.

The Lake Mary/Heathrow area, 10 minutes from downtown Orlando and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and area attractions, is home to AAA. High-tech companies like Veritas and Convergys maintain offices there as well.

Fueling GO BIG’s expansion is the demand for its new Web-based menu software program, MenuWizardenterprise, according to the company. Released in May of this year, MenuWizardenterprise is being deployed in nearly 100 dealerships per month, GO BIG said.

Chuck Kennedy, corporate finance director for the Leith Group of 20 stores in the Carolinas, said that “...with Enterprise, we saw an immediate 25 percent increase in per-vehicle F&I profit as well as a nice bump in product penetrations for the group. Being able to administer the menu on the Web is a huge plus for us with 20 stores. Also, we can access reports on usage behavior and penetration statistics via the Web and quickly identify areas needing our attention.”

“I believe Leith’s menu initiative is proving to be successful because of the training provided by GO BIG,” Kennedy said. “For the initial kick-off, we brought in all of our GM’s, desk managers, and finance managers, including subprime managers. We were quickly brought up to speed by GO BIG on the process needed to set ourselves up for success. Essentially, GO BIG has provided us with the method [the process] and the means [menu software] to make it all work. We have retained GO BIG to provide training on a quarterly basis going forward.”

“GO BIG’s new training facility will enable our clients to maximize the impact of a menu when it is combined with comprehensive training,” said Edward Brooks, company founder and CEO of GO BIG! Software. “By locating the office center near a great airport and resort area, clients can visit our training facility and have a little fun, too. Airfare to Orlando International Airport is very reasonable from anywhere in the country. Since Orlando is well known as a destination resort, the area offers many choices for accommodations and recreation.”
