McLean, Va.—The National Automobile Dealers Association has released “Used Vehicle Strategies and Solutions,” a publication that offers dealers tips and insights on how to succeed or improve results in today’s used vehicle market, reported AutoRemarketing.
All NADA members received a copy; however non-members may purchase a copy for $50 at www.nada.org/mecatalog, keyword SL15.
“Using revised and all-new material, this guide considers the different elements that go into a successful used-vehicle department,” according to NADA officials. “You’ll find useful, timely ideas addressing areas such as personnel, inventory, marketing and department management.
