CHICAGO -- Resource Automotive Solutions, a unit of The
Warranty Group Inc., has reached an agreement with the Rochester
Automobile Dealers Association (RADA) to provide compliance and ethics training to its dealer members.
The curriculum, entitled “CE3”, has been developed to assist retail automobile dealers in the implementation of sales processes that meet or exceed state and federal guidelines relating to procedures, disclosures and other issues. Improved compliance performance contributes greater customer satisfaction at the dealership.
“RADA and its dealer members have demonstrated their commitment to a superior level of customer service by engaging us in this initiative,” said John England, president of Resource Automotive Solutions. “We look forward to sharing our industry leading training services with their membership.”
“Customer satisfaction is the key driver for each of our member dealers. By working with Resource, we will bring the level of knowledge and expertise in our dealerships to the next level,” said Brad McArevey, RADA director. “Our dealers have asked for assistance, and their association has responded.”
Compliance and ethics issues are a key focus of regulators and retailers. With a collaborative approach, all parties to the transaction benefit. Training is scheduled to begin in June, 2008.
