PORTLAND, Ore. -- Compli, a provider of on-demand dealership compliance management software for U.S. auto dealers, will provide each of its 800 dealership clients with the company's turn-key "Red Flags" Program and Toolkit on the Compli Dealership Compliance Management System (DCMS) free of charge.

In addition, new clients who purchase Compli's DCMS before the November 1st mandate will also receive the complementary "Red Flags" Program and Toolkit.

Developed in consultation with Hudson Cook LLP, a provider of sales and F&I legal compliance services in the automotive industry, Compli's "Red Flags" Program and Toolkit provides online tools, legal content and trainings that automate logistics and reduce the costs associated with complying with the legally mandated requirements of the "Red Flags Rules."

"We understand the time-critical nature of this regulation to our dealers and are pleased to provide our Program and Toolkit to Compli clients free of charge and well in advance of the November 1st deadline. 'Red Flags' is one of the broadest new regulations we've seen in some time but in reality it's just one more piece to the regulatory compliance puzzle that dealers must address," said Lon Leneve, president of Compli. "We want our clients to know that they can count on Compli to deliver the legal content they need as new regulations emerge."

With an extensive library of dealership compliance content items, provided by Hudson Cook LLP, Fisher & Phillips LLP, Auto Advisory Services, Venable LLP, Dixon Hughes PLLC, AFIP and others, Compli's DCMS reduces the growing regulatory burden on dealership operations. The DCMS is an automated compliance solution that incorporates automotive legal content from subject matter experts combined with automated best practices to create turn-key "good faith" compliance programs for automotive dealerships.
