SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. — Payless Car Sales has announced that it has signed a preferred partnership agreement with service contract provider Royal Administrative Services Inc. Payless entered the agreement to offer its dealers a wider range of ancillary products and vehicle service programs.

“We’ve had some great warranty programs in the past,” said Mike Harley, Payless president and COO, “but Royal, which has a variety of standard service plans, also provides us with the ability to design a product that is specifically tailored to meet our customers' needs, and that’s a huge selling factor with today’s shopper."

Based in Hanover, Mass., Royal offers a selection of service plans for new, pre-owned and leased vehicles; plus motorcycles, RVs, electric vehicles and robotic assemblies.

“Our dealers do everything they can to provide each Payless customer with the best pre-owned vehicle available at the lowest price possible," Harley said, “but it doesn’t end there. When you’re building a brand, especially in this business, winning the trust of your customer is paramount. Royal backs their products with a level of service second to none."
