"The sales and service offerings by Full Circle are a natural extension of the suite of automotive marketing solutions that we offer today," said Mike Walther, president of DMEautomotive. "We're excited about this opportunity to leverage their expertise to augment our already best-in-class solutions."

Full Circle specializes in helping automotive dealers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) attract and retain customers through direct marketing, telephone acquisition and follow-up services.

As a preferred vendor of Chrysler LLC, Full Circle and DMEautomotive share a common direct marketing philosophy founded on the utilization of sound data analytics in driving effective customer communication. Full Circle’s automotive industry focus, its complementary suite of multi-channel marketing programs and its shared history with DMEautomotive of jointly supporting dealer clients led to the natural integration of the two organizations.

"The acquisition was a natural next step in the evolution of our relationship," said Scott Scully, president of Full Circle Solutions. "The success of the dealers we support is our highest priority and we both share a belief in the importance of building long-term relationships with customers. This is truly an excellent opportunity for both of us."

DMEautomotive currently supports some of the nation’s top dealers and dealer groups, including AutoNation and Southeast Toyota Distributors LLC. The company also offers end-to-end, multi-channel solutions for automotive dealers, providing sales and service retention acquisition and retention programs, robust customer data analytics and reporting management, on-demand marketing support and telephony support services.
