JOPLIN, Mo. — A woman of Joplin, Mo., was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges she embezzled more than $88,000 from her former employer, the Associated Press reported this week.

The indictment charges Kathryn M. Stayton with 10 counts of wire fraud from Frank Fletcher Ford. Stayton allegedly was granted access by the dealer to blank checks as a manager of the accounting department.
