Edmunds announced its 2026 Five Star Dealer Awards, which honors dealerships for outstanding customer service, and this year there are 11 Five-Star Premier designations.
"Throughout 2025, car shoppers continued to approach the market with greater care, navigating higher costs and tighter budgets while expecting clarity, transparency, and respect at every step of the process," said Edmunds President Seth Berkowitz.
"In this environment, trust matters more than ever. Edmunds' Five Star Dealer Awards recognize dealerships that consistently rise to that challenge by delivering exceptional service and creating positive, confidence-building experiences for their customers."
In its 14th year, the awards recognize 79 dealers based on sales reviews by car shoppers on Edmunds’ website. To qualify for a five-star award, dealers must be actively participating in the Edmunds Dealer Partner Program, received at least 30 sales reviews in 2025, and earned an average customer sales review rating of at least 4.5 stars during the year.
To qualify for the five-star premier award, dealers must meet the above requirements, plus receive at least 150 sales reviews on Edmunds in the year.
The 2026 Premier Award Winners are as follows:
Riverside Hyundai in California
Rick Case Honda in Florida
Lake Charles Toyota in Louisiana
BMW of Catonsville in Maryland
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet in Michigan
Seelye Ford Kalamazoo, Seelye Kia Battle Creek and Seelye Kia Kalamazoo, all in Michigan
Serra Ford Farmington Hills in Michigan
Germain Mazda of Columbus in Ohio
