“Christina is a dedicated, accomplished veteran within the industry. She is a valued member of NAC’s team and has played a key part in our continued success,” said Bill Speaks, CEO of NAC. “We’re excited for her — and for NAC — and confident that, with her at the helm, we will see this company move to a whole new level.”

“Her understanding of technology’s role in today’s business goes hand-in-hand with where the industry is going. We’re ready to place the reigns into Christina’s very capable hands and positive that her fresh perspective will be pivotal in shaping NAC’s business strategy for the future,” continued Pete Biscardi, current President of NAC.

Schrank received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Franklin University. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and was a 2010 nominee for Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. On Oct. 1, current CEO Bill Speaks and President Pete Biscardi will step into their new positions as co-chairmen of NAC’s board of directors. They will continue to be active members of the company’s leadership team.
